Supervision

I see supervision as an integral part of our work, whether as therapists, team leaders or others working with people to facilitate growth or healing. 

I work with a variety of people to help them reflect on their work and develop a coherent overview of what they are doing, why they are doing it and how the work might develop.

For counsellors, psychotherapists, team leaders and managers to address:

• Clinical practice with clients, people in relationships and groups
• Work with teams and staff members
• Ethical practice
• Diversity issues in therapy, teams and management

All in service to working effectively, developmentally, enjoyably and professionally with clients, staff and teams.
